Today I wanted to share a drawing I recently finished of The First Noel: Mary holding Baby Jesus in a tender embrace. I am offering this as printable that you can download, print and display in your home.

If you have been around for awhile, you may remember several years ago when I offered a similar “Nativity” printable— a pencil drawing of Mary and Baby Jesus.

This year I wanted to depict that similar holy moment between Mary, a chosen woman of God and young mother, tenderly holding her newborn babe, who would become the Savior of the World.

This original artwork of The First Noel is for personal use only. It is not to be used for commercial purposes of any kind or to be copied and distributed without permission.
As you can see I am offering a version with a contrasting halo (above) and a version exactly as I drew it (below). Please click the link below each image to be directed to the file.

My faith and belief in Jesus Christ is deeply personal yet also engrained into my very essence. I try to let Him guide my daily choices, however imperfect my efforts. As I celebrate His birth this season, I’m striving to follow His example and direction to Light the World, one by one. If you are looking for daily ideas on how you can remember Him and #LightTheWorld, I invite you to check out ComeUntoChrist.org where you can find videos of Christ’s life, a printable calendar with service ideas, and more.
I appreciate you allowing me to share my heart here on my blog, whether you share beliefs or not.
I understand some of your don’t celebrate Christmas religiously, or maybe you don’t celebrate Christmas at all. I respect and honor your beliefs and cultures. I have offered several ‘winter theme’ printables for you to enjoy, and will include links to those downloads below.

Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays to you and your family!
With love,
Rachel
